Refund policy

Because Gengyve is a consumable oral-care product, we do not accept returns. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us with the reason, and a refund will be issued within 30 days of original purchase.

To request a refund, email orders@gengyveusa.com with your order number and the reason for your dissatisfaction. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically post within 5–10 business days after approval.
