SMS / mobile information

Gengyve is operated by Incline Village Global Farma, LLC. When you request SMS messages, we collect your mobile number, email address, selected message categories, and the consent disclosure you accepted. We use this information to process your request, send only the categories you selected, and handle support and opt-out requests. Providing an email for your SMS request does not subscribe you to email marketing.

Marketing texts include product news, offers, and reorder promotions. Service texts include order confirmations, shipping updates, existing subscription notices, and customer support. These categories have separate, optional consent choices that are unchecked by default. Consent is not required for purchases, account creation, or access to services. Up to 4 texts per month TOTAL across selected categories. Message and data rates may apply.

Regardless of other provisions in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent with third parties, affiliates, or marketing partners for marketing or promotional purposes. Shopify processes the signup form, and our messaging providers and wireless carriers process information as needed to operate and deliver the program.

Personal information we collect

GengyveUSA collects the information you give us when you shop, create an account, or contact us. This includes contact details (name, email, phone, billing and shipping address), order and payment details, account information, communications with us, and device and usage information collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, delete, correct, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. We do not sell mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data. You may unsubscribe from email at any time using the link in our emails, and reply STOP to any text message to opt out of SMS.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and retain it only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Children's data

Our store is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of majority in their jurisdiction.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will post the revised version here with an updated "Last updated" date.
